Cavalier Cattery Boarding Terms and Conditions
- Please ensure that your cats are up to date with their vaccinations for Feline Enteritis and Feline Calicivirus (Cat Flu) which should be administered at least 7 days prior to boarding. Vaccination cards must be produced at the time of boarding.
- For their wellbeing, all cats should be treated for fleas and worms prior to admission to Cavalier Cattery.
- We will contact you, or a person authorized by you, should we have any concerns whilst your cat boards with Cavalier Cattery. We therefore require a contact telephone number for the duration of your cat´s stay.
- Public liability insurance is provided, although it is advisable that cats are individually insured by their owners.
- Cats will have a constant supply of fresh drinking water and will be fed according to client´s requests at least twice daily. Occasionally, despite encouragement, a boarding cat may eat or drink less than usual whilst settling in. Cavalier Cattery is not, however, able to take responsibility for the quantity of water and food our boarders choose to consume.
- A deposit equivalent to £20 of the total boarding fee is required to secure your booking for July/August and December/January bookings. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation less than one week in advance. If it becomes necessary or you need to cancel your booking, please notify us immediately, with a minimum of 48 hrs notice to avoid full payment of boarding fees.
- Boarding fees are payable on arrival by cheque ( made payable to ´D.Collins´ ) with supporting Bank Card, or in cash please. Unfortunately we currently do not accept debit or credit cards. Boarding Fees are calculated and charged per day/part day and are inclusive of the day of arrival and day of departure.
